Dr. Silas Sheridan
PSYCHOLOGIST & POST-DOCTORAL FELLOW
My name is Dr. Silas Sheridan. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and straightforward—I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening and move toward real change.
I use evidence-based techniques grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, tailored to your unique goals. My focus is on building a relationship where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and hold a Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from Villanova University. I have treated adult patients in both outpatient and in-patient settings, including Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Trenton Psychiatric Hospital.
