We work with most PPO and some POS plans. These include Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna and United Healthcare (and others). However, no two insurance plans are ever the same. Let us do the legwork for you. We recommend you reach out to our friendly support staff who can help check your benefits and let you know what your out-of-pocket costs will be. It’s important to keep in mind that this estimate is not a guarantee of reimbursement.*

Additionally, if you are going to have telehealth sessions instead of in person sessions, it is important to confirm you are eligible for telehealth services.

Yes. Therapy can be especially valuable during life transitions such as career changes, moving, divorce, grief, or family changes. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals and concerns. Some clients benefit from a few sessions focused on immediate support, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper healing, commitment therapy approaches, or continued professional development and self-awareness.
How soon can you be seen by one of our Psychologists?
We will work with you to find a Psychologist on our team whose availability can suit your schedule. Most times, clients are seen within one week. Connect with us to start your first session.

Is family therapy available?
Family therapy may be available on a case-by-case basis per the clinician’s recommendation. In our private practice, New York therapists may recommend family therapy when relationship concerns, relationship conflicts, or day to day life stressors are affecting your mental health, self esteem, or ability to make meaningful progress. We also offer other therapy options, including family group therapy, couples therapy, mental health counseling, career counseling, perfectionism therapy, online sessions, and in person care. Our care coordinator can help with all the paperwork and next steps with therapy options, so the process does not feel overwhelming. Every client deserves access to compassionate care, high quality care, and support that focuses on creating space for meaningful change.
