- Non-judgmental discussions about boundaries, including monogamy and non-monogamy
- Repairing a rupture in the relationship
- Increasing trust and safety
- Navigating separation & divorce

Our Initial Appointment
We recognize that therapy is an incredibly personal process and one that requires connection and comfort between therapist and client.
The first meeting will be used to get a better understanding of you and what is bringing you into therapy right now. It is also an opportunity for you to sit with your therapist and feel out what it will be like to work with this person.
Your therapist will conduct an Intake Assessment towards learning more about you, your history, and what is bringing you to therapy. Additionally, you and your therapist will discuss your goals in detail and determine whether you are a good fit to work together to accomplish these goals.
Within the first few sessions, your therapist will provide their feedback and recommendations and check-in with you to see if you are feeling comfortable enough and ready to begin the therapy process.
The Therapy Process
Once you and your therapist commit to working together, the therapy process begins. You will set out to accomplish your goals for therapy and address your issues and symptoms. Some clients begin to feel better within the first few sessions while others require more time to build trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship before addressing their issues and goals. Our therapists will meet you where you are at and customize a treatment plan based on YOUR needs.
Therapy can be a shorter-term process to address very specific goals in a time-limited manner. Therapy can also be a process of exploration and curiosity that seeks to bring about deep and meaningful change in the way you view yourself, others, and the world. Long-term therapy requires commitment and courage to exist in the present, face the past, and build a healthier future.
